OBJECTIVES
Our long-term aim is to improve the delivery of local and global public health solutions by engineering accurate, rapid, and low-cost diagnostics platforms. We are also interested in developing new technological tools to help clinicians and biological researchers discover the root cause of diseases, such as cancer. Our goal is to help in the improvement of diagnostics and new treatment methods. To achieve this goal our lab employs techniques from microfluidics, microfabrication, polymer manufacturing, microelectronics, optics, and molecular biology.
